A State of Emergency has been declared statewide due to a powerful storm system bringing 1–3 inches of rain, with up to 7 inches in some areas. A Flood Watch is in effect for Bergen County.
Only voters with active vote by mail requests will receive their ballot within 3 days. Voters with active requests who do not receive their ballot within a week should call 201-336-7020 to request a duplicate.
The deadline for our office to receive Vote by Mail Applications for this Election is 6/3/25.

Who Can Register
To register to vote you must be:
- a US citizen;
- at least 18 years old on or before the next election;
- residing at your present address for at least 30 days.
Note: You are not eligible to register or vote if you are on parole or probation, or if you are serving a prison sentence for violating State or Federal law.
